As we have witnessed several times, Fenir is the master of text message based deception. It's a highly complex piece of OCG tradecraft that works a little like this.
Fenir uses two phones (both belong to him)
He sends a message from one to the other, phone pretending to be a police officer
To add that extra level of realism, he gets their PC number and email address- two bits of imformaiton easily obtained. Or, in this instance, just make it up from scratch.
He then messages back, screenshots the whole conversation he had with himself and sends it to his accusers.
Fenir then sits back, relaxes and hopes the person he send it to is as stupid as he is. Genius.
There are a few problems with this. Firstly, it's extramly difficult to be thicker than Fenir given his perpetual ability to demonstrate his stupidity. Secondly, Fenir can't help himself- he IS PC Baxter so his psychopathic ego has to throw him the compliments. Perhaps worse of all is that, unsuprisingly, it's illegal to impersonate a Police officer.
Fenir- the Police Act 1996 , clause 90 (1) reads as follows:
Any person who with intent to deceive impersonates a member of a police force or special constable, or makes any statement or does any act calculated falsely to suggest that he is such a member or constable, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or to both.
Of course a scammer such as yourself who has been to jail 9... sorry, wait.... 12 times will have no issue with a 13th spell behind bars. It can't be that bad Fenir - free accomodation, three meals a day, regular sex (whether you want it or not is a different matter). Just lie back and think of Reese (refer to earlier posts please)
