With Fenir's article set to catapult him into stardom, The Sabatage Team thought a round up of Fenir's best property deals was in order. No need to go through estate agents or commercial brokers when you can rent from the property magnate himself. There's only one minor problem- all the adverts are fake. Here are some of Fenir's best offerings to date:

A personal favourite of Fenir's is to fake R2R deals or ownership of beauty treatment rooms, conning young women who just want to rent space from him. Fenir has never owned any of these salons, he just creates fake adverts for them.

What better way to celebrate your Hen party than pay Fenir directly and then turn up to an address in Nottingham only to find the whole thing was a massive scam.
4. Fenir's bad run of luck with JV partners
Fenir's out of of luck with his joint venture partners as they all keep disappearing. This property just needs your money to build a hot tub and the money will flow in. Except it won't as Fenir does not own ANY property whatsoever.
5. Dungeon Bar
We have no idea what Fenir was really planning here but we do know its all bullshit as he never acquired any bars. ( He also claimed to have Beehive Juice Bar- another lie)
