Unfortunately for Fenir, we set up companies house alerts against his name, so we can see when a new scam company is formed, the moment he sets it up. This on is called, FSJP (Fenir Saba, Joseph Proops) Property Ltd. We've no idea why anyone would form a business with Fenir but we can assume Fenir peddled the usual tales of been a victimised multi-millionaire as per usual.
We've made Joseph Proops aware of who he is now in business with. Perhaps a little more due diligence in future?

Yes, Fenir is at it again. He’s pretending to own property in Tobacco Warehouse and trying to con people into a R2R Air BNB type scam. Fenir does not own any property in Tobacco warehouse (or any of the unfinished apartments in that development). In fact, he’s never owned any property anywhere, he just fakes this and offers the apartments as security for fake investments or he simply tries to rent property he doesn’t own.
Always remember to do your own title search and don’t trust any documents Fenir gives you as he has been caught out with false property contracts in the past.
