The image below looks stupid but it sums up the level of intellegence usesd by Fenir Saba / Liam Richardson. It works like this:
Step 1 : pretend to own a property by stealing images from the internet. A quick google image / google lens search has proved that all of his properties are not owned by him, as shown in previous posts.
Step 2: have a number of obviously fake documents that try and prove you own it, all of which have been called out by other people in the past
Step 3: Start a blag website using these images and pretend to have an Air BNB style buisness. This could be lettings, party pads or anything short term rental.
Step 4: Take the money from the people who want to rent the property. This will be added to Fenir / Liams Fortune 500 bank account that was last seen at a value of £22.8 million (also fake).
Step 5: Blank the person who paid you and move on to the next victim.
Sadly, Fenir Liam has done this to many people, ranging from beauty salons to stag do party pads to skyscraper apartments. So next time you see anything connected to this man or the companies liste on this site, just image search to reveal it's all a lie. Fenir is a parasite that lives of other people's misery and then sends you fake legal & police threats to intimidate you. He is a one man scammer who has no ability to prosecute anyone.

Oh- and to save you time recycling the same old shite, the so called 'proof of tenancy' you sent in the last post was a company information sheet- we need a tenancy agreement with your actual name on it Liam / Fenir. Any idiot can get a company information sheet, as you demonstrated earlier.
