This voice note is in reference to Apartment 327 Tobacco Warehouse (see his fake driving license under his old name, Fenir Saba) . He claimed to own the flat so he can 'refinance it and pay back a debt to someone'. In exchange for this, he'd like to find out who the website owners are.
Clearly this is bullshit for several reasons:
Ryland does not own any property and never has ( he claims to own it 'outright' but also wants to 'refinance the mortgage'- which one is it?)
We know who the real owner is, through a simple online check
He claimed to own the entire building and scammed people by getting deposit funds for apartments he does not own.
He has never had a solicitor, nor can he afford one.
